- Items delivered with significant defect should be returned to any of our nearest offices within 3 days.
- Fairly used item(s) must be tested ok in store or at the point of collection before buyer leaves with it(them), as the company (EPay/PSS Africa) shall not bear responsibility for any complain which may arise from item(s) afterwards.
- Faulty product(s) with warranty is handled by the manufacturer's care centre and not EPay/PSS Africa. Our responsibility as a brand that cares is to provide assistance and give guidance on how you can get issues resolved quickly by the manufacturer.
